Global Case Committee
Global Case Committee: At the conclusion of the annual training program, the new President shall appoint a chair or co-chairs of a Global Case Committee, Data Analyst Subcommittee, and Qui Tam Subcommittee, and shall appoint a Global Case Committee consisting of the Committee’s chair or co-chairs, the chair or co-chairs of the Committee’s Data Analyst Subcommittee, the chair or co-chairs of the Committee=s Qui Tam Subcommittee, the new President and Vice-President, and the President may appoint up to six additional individual members from member Units. The primary criteria for membership should be experience with investigating and negotiating global cases. The Committee will meet to discuss cases, policies, procedures and strategies regarding which cases have national potential and to make recommendations to the Executive Committee about global cases.
