102 Medicaid Fraud

The 102 Medicaid Fraud Training Program is a three day program that focuses on four provider fraud subject areas.  The teaching format utilizes small breakout sessions in order to foster a team approach to solving investigative and prosecutorial challenges.  The program is geared toward more experienced MFCU employees and is premised on a low student to instructor ratio.  The entire program is limited to 40 to 50 students.  The four provider fraud subject areas that were featured at the most recent course include behavioral health, nursing home cost report fraud/resident neglect and durable medical equipment.  This course is offered two to three times a year.

In order to attend the 102 Medicaid fraud training program the following pre-requisites apply; employment in a MFCU for one year or six months in a MFCU and completion of the 101 Medicaid fraud training program.
