Residence Abuse Committee
Resident Abuse Committee: A Resident Abuse Committee, consisting of a chair or co-chairs and up to 10 additional individuals, will be appointed by the new President from member Units at the conclusion of the annual meeting. The primary criteria for membership should be experience with investigating and prosecuting resident abuse/neglect cases. The Committee's main purpose is to support and promote the activities of the MFCUs in investigating and prosecuting resident abuse/neglect. The Committee may need to meet to discuss cases, policies and procedures so that it may make recommendations to the Executive Committee.
